Sharing Web Resources

I chose two resources. Both tie to Child Abuse.
"The CACCC helps abused children feel


less scared

less intimidated

and less confused


by the system that is meant to protect them.?"

Food for thought:
"1 in 4 girls and 1 in 6 boys will be sexually abused before they turn 18.
Only 1 in 10 will tell.
Over 40,000 of those children tell what happened to them at
advocacy centers every year in Texas.
247 of those children live in Comal County, Texas."

    The statistics are alarming, and we all need to be extra cautious on how to inform parents, staffs, and all the community how to eliminate child abuse or neglect. Websites like this one (CACCC), who takes the time to inform others about child abuse prevention, deserve from all of us to support their mission, and the vision for a better life for all children.
